This October 7th and 8th will mark the 21st annual Coconut Festival at Kapaa Beach Park! The event will be heavily advertised and often draws up to 10,000 people!

The festival showcases KBA members, County Certified “Kauai Made” vendors, other crafters, and certified vendors and non-profit groups. Priority in space allocation and location will be given in the same order. Due to the limited space, high demand for booths, and large crowds we must limit the number of booths per company and/or individual to 2.

  • To reserve a booth:

  • Calculate the amount due.
  • If paying by check, please mail a copy of your completed form and required documents with your check and Gift certificate to the Kapaa Business Association, care of:
    Monique Tucker,
    P.O. Box 1480. Kapaa, HI 96746.

    If paying by credit card, please provide all information on the Application form including a contact name & phone number for us to call you.


Covered booths are approximately 8 x 10 with 8′ tables (one chair provided).
Festival hours are 9:00 – 5:00 October 7th, and 10:00am – 4:00pm October 8th.
Booths may be set up starting at 7.00 a.m. Saturday, October 7th, NO EARLIER.
Booths must be broken down by sunset on Sunday, October 8th.
Space reservations are on a first come, first served basis with priority as follows:

KBA members
County Certified Kauai Made Vendors
Other Vendors
Non-profit groups
Receipt of payment by KBA does not confirm the space.
